Job Summary As a Sales Engineer at ECO & SONS, you will drive business growth by acquiring and retaining clients, representing our product range, and collaborating with contractors and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients to expand the customer base • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance client retention • Assess client needs and propose tailored product solutions to meet project requirements • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals that effectively communicate product benefits • Generate accurate quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales to achieve revenue goals • Attend site visits and meetings to understand project scope and support client decision-making • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate smooth delivery and installation of products • Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to company growth and market presence • Manage and update the company’s social media profiles to increase online engagement and brand visibility Required competencies and certifications • Diploma in a relevant field Preferred competencies and qualifications • Proficiency in MS Office applications to support sales and administrative tasks • Knowledge of AutoCAD to assist in understanding technical drawings and client requirements (bonus) • Prior sales or building materials industry experience to enhance client engagement and product knowledge • Ability to create and publish social media content to promote company products and services (bonus) Benefits • Company car provided • High Commission on top of stated salary.
