BIM/CAD Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage BIM models for architectural projects. • Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and workflows are properly implemented. • Collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes. • Attend coordination meetings and provide technical BIM support. • Maintain model accuracy throughout design and construction stages. • Prepare BIM-related documentation and reports as required. Requirements: • Strong proficiency in BIM software (e.g. Revit, Navisworks). • Solid understanding of architectural design and construction processes. • Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Experience working on medium to large-scale projects is preferred.
