Quantity Surveyor (Structural Works)

Key Responsibilities • Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for structural works. • Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts. • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare tender comparisons. • Review contracts, drawings, and specifications. • Monitor project costs and budgets. • Verify subcontractor claims and payments. • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams. • Perform other quantity surveying duties as assigned. • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. • 1-2 years experience in structural works is preferred. • Good knowledge of construction contracts and quantity surveying practices. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
