Project Manager ( Construction / Good Pay +Good Bonus

· Lead the end-to-endproject management of the Company’s new build and A&A works, from designdevelopment to tendering through to execution, completion, and handover toOperations or Leasing, covering both pre- and post-construction phases. · Prepare and manage projectbudgets, administer tender processes, and provide regular cost and financialreports to Management. · Review and ensure allarchitectural, structural, and M&E drawings and works comply withapplicable regulations, codes, and by-laws of relevant authorities. · Monitor and controlproject progress to ensure alignment with specifications, timelines, andapproved budgets. · Collaborate closely withinternal and external stakeholders, including Management, landlords,contractors, consultants, and government authorities, to achieve successfulproject delivery in terms of time, cost, and quality.
