CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR

Description: • Assist the Project Manager and Site Manager in coordinating daily construction activities. • Supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements. • Coordinate manpower, work schedules, materials and equipment at the construction site. • Monitor work progress and report site issues, delays and manpower requirements to the Project Manager. • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements. • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and workers to coordinate site activities. • Assist in checking work quality and rectifying defects or site issues. • Maintain daily site records, attendance records, work progress reports and other project documentation. • Ensure workers follow workplace safety requirements and site safety procedures. • Assist with measurements, progress claims and other project-related documentation. • Perform other site coordination and supervisory duties assigned by the management. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. • Experience in construction site supervision or coordination is preferred. • Able to coordinate workers and subcontractors at construction sites. • Able to understand construction drawings and site instructions. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Responsible, organised and able to work independently. • Willing to work at various construction sites in Singapore. • Relevant construction-related qualifications or certifications will be an advantage.
