Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Job Description • Assist Quantity Surveyor in daily QS duties and project costing works • Assist in quantity take-off and measurement works • Assist in preparation of quotations, tender and contract documents • Support progress claims, variation orders and final accounts • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers when required • Maintain proper project documentation and records • Attend site meetings when required • Training and guidance will be provided by senior QS • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management or Quantity Surveyor Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or related field • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply • Basic knowledge in construction or quantity surveying • Familiar with Microsoft Excel • Responsible and willing to learn • Good communication and coordination skills • 5-day work week • Office-based working environment We will be moving to Stellar @ Tampines in end September 2026 (soon)
