Job Description • Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacture of Special Purpose Machinery • Position Title: Material Planner • Working Location: Kallang • Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 8am – 5.30pm • Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus • Duration: Permanent • Key Responsibilities • Plan materials based on forecasts and purchase orders. • Monitor stock levels and arrange purchases when needed. • Prepare and issue purchase orders for materials, tools, and packaging items. • Track orders and ensure timely delivery from suppliers. • Communicate with suppliers to agree on pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. • Coordinate with subcontractors on product specifications and delivery timelines. • Prepare and submit documents (e.g., PO acknowledgements, invoices) to the Accounts team for payment processing. • Work closely with warehouse and production teams to manage delivery schedules. • Record incoming goods in the system daily. • Support annual supplier performance reviews. • APPLY NOW!!! • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external business partners. • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills. • Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods: • Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button; • Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg.
