Design Coordinator

Job Description • Liaise and work closely with the civil construction team and follow the construction progress closely • Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings, samples, mockup, and materials as well as supervise work progress to alleviate conflicts, dispute and abortive work. • Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings for contract and procurement management • To coordinate architectural work, prepare estimates, interpret plans and inspect construction sites • Arrange and attend joint site inspections with all system wide and in-house contractors if required Job Requirements • Proficient in project management and architectural trades • Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment • Preferably with Design & Build Building experience
