Job Summary Assess loan applications and deliver compliant credit solutions while supporting customer financial needs and business operations in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities • Evaluate loan applications by analyzing applicant creditworthiness to determine loan eligibility • Gather and review financial data to design appropriate loan structures and repayment plans • Communicate clearly with customers to identify their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products • Explain loan agreements and finalize contracts ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards • Develop and sustain positive customer relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction • Collaborate effectively with team members to support daily credit services operations and achieve business goals Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience in customer service, loans, credit, or financial services to enhance decision-making and customer interactions • Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage customers professionally • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented approach to managing loan processes and documentation Other Information Working Hours • Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM • Saturday: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM Employee Benefits • Meal allowance • Performance incentives • Medical benefits • Annual salary review • Company trips and team bonding activities
