Company Overview Nova Education is a growing education centre offering personalised academic tuition and education services for local and international school students, including AEIS exam preparation and education placement. Job Summary Join Nova Education as a Business Operations Intern to gain hands-on experience in education centre operations, client relations, tutor coordination, marketing, and business development. Responsibilities • Handle tuition enquiries through various communication channels to understand client needs and translate them into clear tuition requests • Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries and provide after-sales support to resolve issues • Communicate tuition assignments to tutors and shortlist suitable tutors based on subject expertise, qualifications, location, and teaching requirements • Assist with tutor applications, onboarding, and coordinate lesson schedules between tutors and students • Support daily education centre operations to ensure smooth functioning • Assist in developing partnerships with schools, tuition centres, and education-related organisations to expand business opportunities • Support outreach and communication efforts with potential B2B partners to foster collaboration • Assist with content creation and marketing initiatives to enhance Nova Education’s online presence and digital outreach Preferred competencies and qualifications • Current University or Polytechnic student • Good command of written and spoken English • Friendly, responsible, and professional communication skills • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn • Comfortable communicating with parents, students, tutors, and colleagues Other Information • Location: Beauty World Plaza, Singapore • Internship Duration: Minimum 3 months, longer durations preferred • Working Arrangement: 5 days per week, including Sunday • Working Hours: 10.30am–7.30pm (Weekdays), 10am–6pm (Sunday)
