Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Singapore. Requirements: * Minimum I-Level / equivalent qualification * 10–15 years of relevant construction/site experience * Strong experience in site coordination and supervision * Able to coordinate with workers, subcontractors and project teams * Able to monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to requirements * Good understanding of site safety and construction procedures * Must be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in hot and humid weather conditions * Willing to work primarily at project sites * Responsible, independent and able to handle site matters effectively Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate daily site activity * Monitor work progress, manpower and site requirements * Coordinate with supervisors, workers, subcontractors and relevant parties * Ensure works are completed according to drawings, specifications and schedule * Ensure proper safety practices are followed on site * Report site progress and issues to management * Assist with inspections, documentation and other site-related activities Candidates with strong hands-on site experience are encouraged to apply.
