WhatsApp: +65 90820021 (Kyler) Email: kylergan.supreme@gmail.com Location: Buona Vista Occasional work at Venus Drive(Bright Hill) Working Days: Monday-Friday Working Hours: 8:30am-6pm Salary: $5,500-$8,000 Job Description • Lead and oversee the People & Culture team and full spectrum of HR functions. • Advise the Deputy CEO and team on HR and people-related matters. • Develop and implement HR strategies and workforce plans aligned with organisational requirements. • Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment activities. • Manage workforce planning, talent pipeline development and employer branding initiatives. • Lead performance management processes and performance review cycles. • Oversee talent development, succession planning and staff development initiatives. • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement and retention. • Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. • Oversee compensation and benefits structures and HR operations. • Manage HR reporting, HR systems and HR data analytics. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements. • Develop, review and implement HR policies, frameworks and procedures. • Maintain HR governance and risk management processes. • Lead HR transformation, process improvement and digitalisation initiatives. • Oversee HRIS enhancements and other HR-related projects. • Support strategic and cross-functional projects as required. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. • Postgraduate qualification or MBA will be an advantage. • Minimum 6 years of HR and Payroll experience with team leader responsibilities. • Experience managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Employee Relations. • Experience in healthcare or service sectors will be an advantage. • Experience with Infotech HRIS and HR analytics tools. • Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
