Logistics Admin Coordinator (Order Fulfillment / East / 5 Days)

• Working location at Taiseng - near to MRT • Working hours: 8am – 5:15pm (Monday - Friday) • AWS + Variable Bonus • Excellent Welfare &Benefits • Well Established Logistics Company Job Scope • Coordinate with customers and logistics partners via email or phone regarding order requirements and shipment arrangements. • Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and other related documentation. • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods by coordinating with customers, warehouse, and logistics service providers. • Schedule and coordinate deliveries, and transportation activities to meet customer requirements. • Perform Daily 5S activities to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. • Work effectively under pressure to meet operational deadlines and customer expectations. • Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
