Therapy Associate (Nursing Home)

The Therapy Associate is responsible for conducting reassessment, providing client care and progressing individual therapy/group sessions including client education and caregiver training under the supervision/instruction of a therapist. You will need to: • Assess, evaluate, plan, and treat residents/clients with various disabilities and conditions for optimal care • Consult therapist on care plans and rehab progression as necessary • Assist in conducting quality improvement projects • Conduct training for therapy assistants, therapy assistant students or other care staff as necessary • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and service standards • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams from other Business Units to ensure good client experience and service You should: • Have a recognised Degree in Physiotherapy or any related disciplines • Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment • Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Genuine interest to engage our seniors in the community • Be proficient in Google Suite Applications It would be great if you: • Are open to travel to various locations for work • Can speak more than one local language to communicate better with our elderly clients Location: • Chai Chee Nursing Home • Pasir Ris Nursing Home • Jurong West Nursing Home
