HR Admin Executive (West)

• Salary : UP$4000 • Working days & hours: 9am – 6pm (Monday – Friday), 9am – 1pm (Saturday) • Location: Jurong East • Well Established Landscape Company Job Scope • Manage day-to-day HR administration and employee records. • Handle recruitment, interviews, onboarding and offboarding. • Manage MOM / Work Permit applications, renewals, issuance and cancellations. • Maintain employee records, contracts, leave and attendance. • Prepare and verify monthly payroll, overtime, allowances and deductions. • Handle employee claims, medical matters and insurance-related administration. • Assist with employee grievances and disciplinary matters. • Work closely with supervisors and operations on manpower, attendance and site-worker matters. • Maintain HR compliance, documentation and important expiry dates. • Liaise with MOM, employment agencies, insurers, medical providers and other relevant parties. • Handle general HR and administrative duties as required by management. Requirement • GCE O Level and above • 1 – 3 years related experience.
