F&B supervisor

Job Description: • Oversee the service of all food & beverages. • Receive training and perform duties in various sections of company’s operations. • Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the company’s restaurant operation by rotating on each position. • Progressively master the skills to run restaurant operations. • Maintaining safety and food quality standards. • Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction. • To ensure excellent customer satisfaction and enhance customer experience. • Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations. • Provide support as needed in various department. • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by operation managers.
