Adheres to cleaning schedule and hygiene procedures. • Well versed and skilled in required work stations and is able to contribute effectively during busy periods. • Minimizes food wastage by preparing the appropriate amount of stock and observing proper storage procedures. • Handles equipment properly and professionally to minimize maintenance cost.
