Company Overview Tennex Sports operates a dedicated tennis facility at Laguna National, offering high-performance tennis, junior development, adult programmes, private coaching, fitness, and sports events in Singapore. Job Summary Manage daily operations and lead sales efforts to grow Tennex Sports’ tennis programmes, driving customer acquisition, business development, and partnership growth in a dynamic sports environment. Responsibilities • Manage daily operations including scheduling, coaching staff coordination, court allocation, and responding to customer enquiries to ensure smooth facility functioning • Generate and handle leads by conducting trials, following up with prospects, and converting enquiries into paid tennis programmes • Drive sales growth across junior, adult, high-performance, and private coaching programmes by implementing effective sales strategies • Manage customer relationships by overseeing registrations, processing payments, and handling renewals to maintain high retention rates • Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, corporates, clubs, and community groups to expand Tennex Sports’ reach and programme participation • Support the planning and execution of events, activations, and new revenue-generating opportunities to enhance business growth • Track and analyse sales, revenue, customer retention, and operational KPIs to inform business decisions and improve performance • Identify and implement opportunities to optimise court utilisation and overall business efficiency Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience in sports, fitness, hospitality, clubs, or education/enrichment sectors is preferred • Tennis experience is not mandatory but considered a plus Other Information • Competitive salary based on experience • Performance-based incentives • Opportunity to take ownership of a growing sports business • Work in a premium sports environment at Laguna National • Career growth opportunities within Tennex Sports
