Interior Design Project Coordinator

Job Summary Coordinate and monitor projects from start to finish by liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and smooth execution. Manage site visits, schedules, manpower deployment, and project documentation while supporting site inspections and material follow-ups. Responsibilities • Coordinate and monitor ongoing projects from initiation to completion to meet deadlines and quality standards • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and designer or internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution • Arrange and coordinate site visits, project schedules, and manpower deployment to ensure efficient resource allocation • Monitor project progress and follow up on deadlines to maintain timely delivery • Assist with site inspections to verify that work complies with project requirements • Prepare project documentation, reports, quotations, and administrative paperwork accurately and promptly • Follow up on materials, deliveries, and site requirements to support uninterrupted project workflow • Travel independently to various project sites using own transport as required • Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve project goals Preferred competencies and qualifications • Good communication and coordination skills to support effective stakeholder engagement and project management Other Information • Salary: $1,800 – $2,000 + Quarterly Commission Payout • Working Days: 5.5 days per week • Location: Singapore (island wide) • Transport: Own transport required, as the role involves travelling to project sites.
