Full-Time/Part-Time Receptionist

Hi! LEEKAJA HAIR SALON is looking for Full-Time/Part-Time Receptionist. You will be responsible for: • Warmly greeting and responding to client inquiries in a with professional and positive attitude • Manage making appointments via calls, WhatsApp etc and serving customer • Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts • Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability • Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered • Maintain the cleanliness of the salon • Keep records of cash inflows and outflows • Manage stock (stock in and out) • Creating posts to post on social media Requirements and skills • Previous work experience as a Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or similar role preferred • Familiarity with processing transactions • Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude • An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances • Fluent in English • Friendly and warm personality • Tidy and organised • Good attitude and willingness to learn • Able to multi task during busy period • Team player • Reliable, responsible and committed • Singaporean/ PR/ LTVP ONLY For interviews and more enquiries, Please contact us at +65 9017 4775 or email us to cielhairkorean@gmail.com with your resumes.
