Highlights: • Health insurance • Dental reimbursement • AWS + Performance Bonus • Friendly environment • Office next to Havelock MRT Station (TE16) Description • Manage all inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner • Attend alarm signals and fault call reported to achieve the Service Level Agreement (SLA) • Handle customers’ complaints via phone or correspondence professionally • Update and maintain a proper record on all customers • Be involved actively in the customer retention program and strategy • Work as a team and ensure that the call center service level is met • Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly Requirements • Able to work on rotating morning (7am to 5pm) and afternoon (12.30pm to 10.30pm) shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays, 5 days work week • Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and PC knowledge • Able to speak Mandarin in order to assist in managing Mandarin speaking customers for mandarin alarm/fault request and support purposes • Candidate with Call Centre experience will have added advantage • Training will be provided Please indicate your expected salary in your resume as well.
