Sales Executive (B2B)

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities. • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, retailers, distributors, childcare centres, hospitals, and other business partners. • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer account updates. • Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, deliveries, and payment matters. • Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings. • Identify opportunities for product listing, promotional campaigns, and corporate partnerships. • Conduct sales presentations, prepare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms. • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to account servicing. • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. • Monitor market trends and identify potential opportunities. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, procurement, wholesale trade, FMCG, or the baby and maternity industry. • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated and results-driven. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts. • Familiarity with FMCG, baby products, maternity products, or consumer goods industry preferred.
