Restaurant Multi-Unit Operation Manager

Company Overview We are Franchisees of SUBWAY, operating multiple outlets focused on delivering quality food and service in a dynamic restaurant environment. Job Summary The multi-unit operation manager coordinates and supports all activities within the assigned geographic area. Trains, coaches, and supports managers. Plans and sets business goals. Focuses on in-restaurant issues especially on keeping a zero food safety issue . Responsibilities • Coach and train shift managers, assistant managers, and managers to achieve operational excellence and improve team performance • Develop and implement new hire orientation and rewards programs to enhance employee engagement and retention • Monitor training processes to ensure consistent, high-quality training delivery across all outlets • Maintain appropriate staffing levels for managers and assistant managers to meet operational needs • Lead managers and staff to ensure compliance with SUBWAY® Operations Manual standards and government regulations • Identify and correct deviations from operational procedures promptly to maintain service quality and safety • Analyze sales reports and collaborate with staff to identify opportunities and achieve sales targets • Support execution of local and national marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and revenue growth • Perform physical tasks as needed, including working any restaurant station and operating Point of Sale systems Required competencies and certifications • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, walking throughout the workday, and lifting up to 20 kilograms • Proficiency in operating computerized Point of Sale systems and cash registers Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma or equivalent education; college degree preferred • 3-5 years of successful operational multi-unit management experience in a restaurant environment • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills to lead diverse teams effectively • Basic math and accounting skills to support operational decision-making • Strong analytical and decision-making skills demonstrated through staff selection, coaching, and development • Proficient IT skills to configure and manage online integration systems
