Drive capital growth by leveraging your network and working autonomously with the founding team in a performance-aligned role. Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategies to engage high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and investors to increase assets under management (AUM) • Secure capital commitments for a high-conviction, long-biased value investment fund • Collaborate independently with the founding team to align fundraising efforts with business goals • Manage investor relationships to deliver measurable capital introduction outcomes • Operate effectively in a lean, high-accountability environment to support fund growth Preferred competencies and qualifications • Demonstrated success in fundraising or capital introduction for investment funds • Established network of HNW individuals, family offices, or investors in Singapore/Asia • Proven relationship management experience with measurable outcomes • Entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation and adaptability in dynamic settings Other Information • Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-linked revenue share tied to capital raised, designed to scale with the fund’s growth.
