Since launching our first F&B brand in 2013, we've steadily expanded our business and now operate more than 20 brands across Singapore and Malaysia. Our beauty and lifestyle brands include Walking On Sunshine and KANTIK by GOYO, alongside F&B brands such as DRIM, DRIM Gold, MODU, and TOFU G. Working in beauty product planning at INITIA Group means being part of the full journey - spotting trends, shaping new product concepts, collaborating with Korean manufacturers and distributors to develop SKUs, and seeing prototypes through testing all the way to the finished product. Because product planning works closely alongside branding, design, marketing, content, and sales teams, you'll get to experience how a product actually reaches the market and grows - well beyond the scope of your own role. Watching a single product concept turn into a real SKU on the shelf is one of the defining experiences of working at INITIA Group. You'll also gain broader market understanding and hands-on experience across both the Singapore and Malaysia markets. As a fast-growing organization, there are frequent opportunities to take on new projects, from new product development to category expansio, and for those who take initiative, that means wider roles and real potential for growth.
