Assistant Restaurant Manager

Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the overall management and daily operations of Ember. Key Responsibilities: • Operations Management: Assist in overseeing day-to-day F&B operations, including opening and closing procedures; ensure service quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. • Staff Supervision & Training: Supervise service staff, allocate duties, and ensure proper shift coverage; provide on-the-job training and guidance. • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally; ensure a positive dining experience for all guests. • Compliance & Administration: Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations in Singapore; assist in maintaining proper records and documentation. • Sales Support: Support promotional activities and monitor sales performance. • Front-of-House Leadership: Oversee reservations, floor plans, and guest interactions, including VIP and regular customer relations. Requirements • Bachelor Degree or higher qualification in Hospitality / F&B Management or related field. • At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in F&B operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented, well-organised, and hands-on. • Knowledge of Singapore’s food safety and hygiene regulations is a strong plus. • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
