Workshop Foreman

Job Title: Workshop Foreman (Marine/Industrial Engines) Location: Singapore Company: Leading Engine Manufacturer About the Role We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Workshop Foreman to lead our state-of-the-art service and overhaul facility in Singapore. You will oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring that all maintenance, repair, and testing of large-scale European diesel and gas engines meet rigorous OEM quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities • Supervise, mentor, and schedule a team of mechanical engineers and technicians. • Oversee hands-on overhaul, troubleshooting, assembly, and testing of complex engines and components. • Ensure strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company quality protocols. • Manage workshop tooling, equipment maintenance, and consumable inventory. • Coordinate closely with project managers and service coordinators to meet tight project deadlines.
