Senior Project Manager (CAG / LTA / BCA)

• Company located at Tuas • Salary Range: $8000 - $10000 • Working hours: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday), 8am – 12pm (Saturday) • Variable Bonus + Excellent Welfare & Benefits • Well Established Infrastructure Pipeline Construction Company Job Scope Project Planning & Execution • Lead and manage civil engineering and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion. • Develop project work schedules, method statements, and resource planning. • Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures where required. • Ensure timely submission of shop drawings, method statements, risk assessments, and progress reports. Site & Construction Management • Supervise site operations and coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements. • Oversee construction activities including structural, drainage, sewerage, utility, and associated civil works. • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained. Contract & Commercial Management • Review contracts, technical specifications, and tender documents. • Manage project budgets, cost control, and variation claims. • Evaluate subcontractor claims and certify work progress payments. • Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on contractual matters. Stakeholder Coordination • Act as the main point of contact between client, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. • Attend site meetings, progress meetings, and coordination meetings. • Ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of technical and operational issues. Quality, Safety & Compliance • Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations. • Implement and enforce quality control procedures. • Maintain proper documentation and project records. • Ensure all works comply with local regulatory authorities and statutory requirements. Requirement • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent • 8 - 10 years of relevant working experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
