Guest Arrival Services · Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner. · Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure. · Escort guests to assigned rooms when required. · Introduce room features, hotel facilities and services to guests. · Assist guests with transportation arrangements and taxi bookings. Guest Departure Services · Assist guests with luggage collection and transportation upon check-out. · Coordinate with Front Office to ensure smooth departures. · Assist guests with vehicle arrangements and luggage loading. Guest Assistance · Deliver guest messages, parcels, letters and amenities. · Respond promptly to guest requests and enquiries. · Provide directions and information regarding hotel facilities and local attractions. Lobby Operations · Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the lobby entrance area. · Assist with crowd control and traffic flow at the hotel driveway. · Monitor guest arrival and departure activities. Safety & Security · Report suspicious activities, security concerns, accidents or incidents immediately. · Safeguard guest belongings entrusted to the hotel. · Follow hotel emergency and evacuation procedures. Administrative Duties · Maintain proper records of luggage storage and guest item deliveries. · Assist with newspaper distribution where required. · Attend departmental briefings and training sessions. Other Duties · Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or Management.
