BEAUTY CONSULTANT

Job Description: A Beauty Consultant is responsible for providing expert advice on beauty products, skincare, makeup, and fragrances to customers. They help clients choose the right products based on their needs and preferences while ensuring excellent customer service. Their goal is to enhance the customer's shopping experience and boost sales for the company. Key Responsibilities: • Customer Service & Sales Greet customers and assess their beauty needs. Recommend suitable products based on skin type, tone, and preferences. Demonstrate makeup and skincare application techniques. Assist in achieving sales targets and promotions. • Product Knowledge & Demonstration Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product launches. Educate customers on product benefits and usage. Conduct in-store product demonstrations and mini-makeovers. • Store Maintenance & Merchandising Maintain an organized and visually appealing beauty section. Ensure product displays are clean and well-stocked. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages. • Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Provide follow-up consultations and recommend repurchases. Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally. Job Requirements: • Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (a diploma in cosmetology or beauty-related fields is a plus). Previous experience in retail, beauty consulting, or cosmetics sales is preferred. • Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide personalized customer service. Sales-driven with strong persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of skin types and beauty techniques. • Personal Qualities: Passion for beauty and cosmetics. Professional and well-groomed appearance. Friendly, patient, and approachable personality.
