Job Description • Industry/ Organization Type: Construction of buildings • Position Title: BIM Modeller • Working Location: Sembawang • Working Hours: 5-days (Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 6pm) • Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB • Duration: Permanent • Key Responsibilities • Apply company BIM standards, methods, and procedures to maintain consistency and quality across projects. • Perform quality checks on digital project models using BIM software to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Prepare detailed BIM models and construction documents to support design and construction activities. • Set up and manage project workflows throughout different project stages to improve coordination and efficiency. • Set up BIM projects and maintain project data to ensure digital files are updated and organised. • Coordinate clash detection and resolve model conflicts to reduce construction issues and delays. • Prepare and update Revit models and coordination drawings based on project progress and changes. • Produce 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings for construction and project records. • Work closely with Project Document Controllers to ensure accurate and timely transfer of project information. • APPLY NOW!!! • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and BIM authoring tools for modelling and coordination work. • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in design, drafting, or BIM management. • Experience using BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion is preferred. • Able to read and interpret technical drawings accurately. • Good organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills. • Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods: • Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button; • Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg.
