Architectural Coordinator

Responsibilities: • Coordinate all architectural works in accordance with requirements and project specifications. • Review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with local codes (e.g., BCA, URA) and MOE guidelines. • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure timely submission and approval of architectural drawings. • Monitor and ensure the quality of architectural works meets statutory and contractual standards. • Ensure proper coordination between architectural, structural, and M&E services to avoid design clashes. • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any site-related architectural issues. • Support in preparing reports, progress updates, and documentation required by MOE and other agencies. • Attend site meetings, technical coordination meetings, and inspections with consultants and stakeholders. • Ensure architectural finishes and materials are in line with approved samples and educational facility standards. Requirements: • Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Building, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination, preferably on institutional or government projects. • Familiar with local codes and authority submission processes, especially BCA, URA, and MOE standards. • Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit and BIM knowledge is an advantage. • Experience working with government agencies or on public sector projects (e.g., MOE, HDB, LTA) is highly preferred. • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Able to work independently on-site and manage multiple deadlines.
