BIM Modeler & Drafter

Role Responsibilities : • Develop and maintain accurate BIM models and detailed drawings for electrical and infrastructure projects. • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to capture design intent accurately. • Coordinate BIM models across disciplines and ensure compliance with project requirements. • Implement and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows. • Create and manage Revit families and documentation for bills of materials (BOM). • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency. • Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Roles Requirements: • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. • Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with data center projects. • Knowledge of construction and manufacturing processes (sheet metal, laser cutting). • Familiarity with BIM360 and Microsoft Office. • Skills in Dynamo, Inventor, Solid Edge, or SolidWorks will be highly regarded.
