Mystery Shopper

Job Summary We are looking for mystery shoppers to conduct mystery audits at various service hubs across Singapore . You will help us assess customer service standards by visiting assigned locations and interacting with staff based on a given scenario. Responsibilities • Act out an assigned scenario naturally during the mystery audit • Remain flexible and adapt naturally if the interaction does not proceed as expected • Speak and understand English comfortably • Travel to different service hub locations across Singapore; assignments will be allocated as close as possible to your preferred areas • Conduct discreet audio recording during the audit • Think on the spot and maintain a natural demeanour throughout the interaction • Each audit takes approximately 10–15 minutes , excluding any waiting time • Complete an audit form after the mystery shopping visit Other Information • Payment: $10 per completed audit • Working hours: Flexible, depending on service hub operating hours • Fieldwork period: Early November to early December • Briefing: A briefing will be arranged at a mutually convenient date before fieldwork begins • Location: Various service hubs across Singapore
