Energy (Sustainability) Modeler

• Lead Building Energy Modelling – Develop, review, and deliver whole-building energy models for complex projects, supporting sustainable design strategies, compliance requirements, and certification submissions. • Drive Building Performance Analysis – Conduct energy, thermal comfort, daylight, glare, passive design, and scenario-based simulations to optimise building performance and inform design decisions. • Provide Technical Sustainability Expertise – Translate modelling outcomes into practical recommendations for decarbonisation, high-performance buildings, Green Mark, LEED, and other sustainability objectives. • Ensure Quality and Project Delivery Excellence – Establish QA/QC standards, validate modelling assumptions across architectural and MEP disciplines, and improve consistency, efficiency, and risk management in project delivery. • Lead Stakeholder and Team Collaboration – Act as the client-facing technical specialist, collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams, mentor junior modellers, and coordinate local and offshore delivery resources. We require candidates who have a background in - • sustainability and compliance frameworks, including/such as LEED, GMM, energy code compliance, energy audits, high-performance building design, and carbon strategies/net-zero energy. • Capability to conduct and oversee building performance assessments in areas of thermal comfort, daylight, glare, passive design optimisation, façade performance, and building envelope sensitivity studies.
