HR Admin Executive (Payroll / Invoicing / West)

• Salary : UP$3500 • Working days & hours: 9am – 6pm (Monday – Friday), 9am – 1pm (Saturday) • Location: Jurong East • Well Established Landscape Company Job Scope • Handle daily administrative duties (filing, data entry, office supplies, documentation). • Manage HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and leave records. • Assist with payroll preparation and employee claims. • Support basic finance tasks including invoicing, billing, payment follow-up, and petty cash. • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments when required. • Prepare simple reports and maintain organized records. Requirement • GCE O Level and above • 1 – 3 years related experience.
