OPERATION ASSISTANT

About the role We are looking for an Operation Assistant to join our team at JPN Asia Pte. Ltd. in the Central Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our dynamic Commodities Trading business. What you'll be doing • Assist with the processing of import/export documentation and customs clearance procedures • Provide logistical support for the movement of commodities, including liaising with shipping companies and freight forwarders • Maintain accurate records and databases related to commodities trading activities • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures What we're looking for • Relevant experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably within the import/export or commodities trading industry • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic environment We are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
