Job Description • Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing Services (Surface Treatment) • Position Title: Admin Clerk • Working Location: Tuas • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6pm • Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus • Duration: Permanent • Key Responsibilities • Maintain office files, records, and documents. • Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence, and visitor enquiries. • Perform data entry, prepare documents and reports, and provide administrative support. • Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, and payment vouchers. • Support monthly closing for accounts receivable and payable. • Liaise with suppliers and vendors. • Monitor office and warehouse supplies and place orders when needed. • Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned. • APPLY NOW!!! • Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and office administration. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Good organisational and report-writing skills. • Candidates without relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
