The Services required are set out as follows: Reception Duties: • Greet and assist walk-in visitors, students, and parents in a courteous and professional manner. • Handle general enquiries at the front counter and direct individuals to appropriate personnel or departments. Phone and Communication Handling: • Answer and manage incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. • Take and relay accurate messages, transfer calls, and respond to basic enquiries. First Aid Support: • Provide first aid and health support to unwell or injured students. • Maintain sickbay records. • Maintain records of medical supplies and put in request for the purchase of the supplies accordingly. • Notify parents/guardians in the event of illness or injury and arrange student pickup as necessary. Administrative Support: • Perform general office support duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, registering of delivered items to school and mail distribution. • Assist in the recording of students’ late coming, early releases and students in sickbay. • Perform occasion chaperon duties for students to events outside of school, including accompaniment of injured students to hospital. • Any other ad-hoc administrative support required by the school.
