Import Export Executive

Responsibilities • Manage daily import/export operations and ensure timely shipment processing, , with a strong focus on export and direct shipping arrangements. • Prepare shipping documents, TradeNet permits, invoices, packing lists, COO, Bills of Lading and related documents. • Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs, SFA and relevant regulations. • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and transport providers. • Monitor shipments and resolve clearance, documentation and delivery issues. • Coordinate with internal teams on order fulfilment, shipment planning and inventory movement. • Maintain accurate shipping records and verify freight costs and invoices. • Support logistics reporting and process improvements. Requirements • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field. • 3 years of import/export experience, preferably in food, FMCG or trading. • Good knowledge of TradeNet, Singapore Customs and SFA requirements. • Experience with shipping documentation, permits and international freight. • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems. Working hours: Monday–Thursday: 8am–6pm, Friday: 8am–5pm Location: Bedok
