Job Description:
· · Provide frontline customer service
· · Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
· · Handling phone calls and inquiries
· · Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection
· · Assist doctor and nurses in the consultation room
· · Maintaining inventory levels
· · Simple house keeping
· · Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
· · At least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, or Professional Certificate/
· · Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise with our Chinese patients)
· · At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
· · To have knowledge in medical insurance processing will be an advantage
· · Basic computer skills is needed
· · Able to work independently
· · Able to commit at least 3 months for temp role
