SUPERVISOR

Job Description • Site supervision of construction works to meet deadlines • Responsible for on-site construction planning, handovers and personnel arrangements and labor deployment • Resolve various problems and handling emergencies on the site • Liaise and coordinate with both the clients, foreign workers and office to ensure smooth operations • Responsible for supervision of foreign workers and their wellbeing, health and safety and others • Analyse and evaluate foreign workers and clients issues and feedback to improve client satisfaction • Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic rules • Transport workers between locations around Singapore • Maintain engine and cleanliness of lorry • Perform transportation duties as deployed by the supervisor and carry out the duties • Perform collection and delivery of goods/materials to required destination • Responsible for daily inspection of lorry • To assist the Manager in supervising and coordinating the daily operational provision of the facilities at the areas of the dormitory. • Acting as Site Warden, to conduct regular inspection of room check and facilities to ensure compliance of the regulation • Ensure enforcement on the rules and regulation for the dormitory. • Ensure health and safety of the dormitory areas and sites • Oversee and ensure site quarter’s conditions and lodging records are in accordance to MOM requirement • Monitor and ensure all internal and subcon workers are registered and attendances are properly captured • Monitor and ensure the workers’ permits and certificates are valid and updated accordingly • To handle feedback and complaints and update the Manager accordingly • To take corrective action and implement preventive measures when required • To assist in the preparation of monthly reports, annual capital and operating budgets and other relevant reports • To ensure that all equipment are in good working condition • Have class 4 license • Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic rules • Transport workers between locations around Singapore
