Sourcing/Purchasing Officer

Job Description • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, good quality, and favourable delivery terms. • Process purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials, goods, and services. • Liaise with suppliers on a day-to-day basis to follow up on orders, deliveries, and other purchasing matters. • Monitor delivery schedules and ensure materials and goods are delivered according to purchase orders. • Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery records to ensure accuracy before payment. • Follow up on delivery issues, discrepancies, and claims, and liaise with suppliers and the manufacturing team to resolve them. • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and purchasing procedures. • Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement of procurement processes. • Perform filing and other administrative duties related to purchasing and procurement as required. Requirements • NITEC or Diploma in in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field. • Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain role (1–3 years or more depending on level). • Strong negotiation and analytical skills. • Good knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, as well as market analysis. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. • Fresh Graduated also welcome to apply.
