Recruitment Consultant

We are an Executive Search firm specializing in mid to senior-level placements across Accounting &Finance, Information Technology, and various Corporate Functions . As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. The Role Reporting directly to the Director, the Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process , which includes: • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match them with suitable opportunities • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs • Driving business development activities to identify and secure new business accounts • Managing job offers and facilitating the onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience for both clients and candidates What We Offer You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values teamwork, professionalism, and growth.
