Clinic Executive/Assistant

SingMedical isn't a typical GP clinic. We've built a clinic patients actually enjoy visiting, with an arcade, a pantry and care that feels personal rather than transactional. ​ We're looking for a Clinic Executive who takes pride in doing things properly, enjoys working with people and genuinely cares about making patients feel looked after. What you'll do • Welcome and register patients, handle calls and WhatsApp enquiries, and manage appointments • Process payments, CHAS/Medisave subsidies and corporate insurance (TPA) claims accurately • Support our doctors with ECGs, urine tests, swabs and chaperoning (full training provided) • Take ownership of keeping the clinic stocked, organised and presentable • Help with our content: photoshoots, social media and our online shop. If you enjoy being on camera, even better! ​ You'll do well here if you • Can reliably work weekends and some weekday evenings • Live within a reasonable commute of Clementi • Are comfortable with computers and quick to learn new software • Stay calm when it's busy, see mistakes as something to learn from and treat colleagues with patience • Care about getting the details right, because billing and claims depend on it • Are willing to learn, ask questions and take responsibility for doing your job well Prior clinic experience is a plus, but not required.
