Retail Promoter

Hauger Play is a Singapore-born jigsaw puzzle brand featuring contemporary art. We’re looking for friendly, proactive retail promoters to join our Takashimaya pop-up during the festive season. Job details • Location: Takashimaya, Orchard Road • Period: November–December 2026 • Employment: Temporary: full-time wanted, part-time will be considered. • Working hours: Shift work, including weekends and public holidays • Pay: $13/hour plus commission. Responsibilities • Develop a strong understanding of Hauger Play, our products and featured artists to confidently share our brand story and answer customer questions. • Engage customers, introduce our puzzles and recommend products based on their interests or gifting needs. • Drive sales and work towards sales targets. • Maintain an attractive, tidy display and replenish products. • Conduct stock checks and flag low inventory. • Prepare accurate daily sales reports. Requirements • Friendly, reliable and confident communicating with customers. • Proactive approach to sales and good attention to detail. • Able to work independently and as part of a team. • Available during November and December, including weekend shifts. • Previous retail, sales or customer service experience. • Previous experience with Takashimaya would be an advantage. • Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only; work pass sponsorship is unavailable for this role.
