Site Controls Engineer

Job Summary Serve as a Site Controls Engineer , responsible for subcontractor progress control, payment management, document control and on-site subcontracting coordination for construction projects in Singapore. Key Responsibilities • Subcontractor Construction Progress Control Monitor and track subcontractor progress against project schedules and milestones. Prepare progress reports and follow up on delays or outstanding works. • Subcontractor Progress Payment Management Review subcontractor progress claims against actual site progress. Coordinate with relevant teams to verify completed works and payment documentation. • Subcontractor Document Control Maintain and manage subcontractor documents, submissions and correspondence. Track document status, approvals and outstanding actions. • On-Site Subcontracting Coordination Assist with on-site subcontracting processes and coordination. Support communication between subcontractors and the project team to ensure smooth execution. Requirements • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. • Experience in construction site coordination, subcontractor management or project controls is preferred. • Familiar with construction progress tracking, payment claims and document control. • Good command of English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Able to work independently in a site-based construction environment. • Relevant qualifications and licenses must comply with applicable Singapore laws and regulatory requirements.
