Commercial Executive

Job Description • Responsible for handling RFQs within the time allocated including receiving, creating and distributing the quote to the client • Download customer inquiry and orders from various internet-based customer portals & e-platforms (i.e. Ship-Serv, Sis Commerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B, etc) • Accurately update relevant information and line items in the company ERP system (D365 & SCINT) • Perform any other duties as requested by the Commercial Director and/or line manager Requirements : • Good spoken and written English • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel) • Able to work under constant deadline pressure • Team player with good interpersonal skills • Fast and accurate typing skills
