Senior Manager

• Oversee the company’s daily operations and ensure smooth business activities. • Manage and supervise staff, including work schedules, performance and manpower planning. • Develop and implement business strategies to improve sales, productivity and profitability. • Monitor operating costs, budgets and overall business performance. • Handle administrative matters, documentation, contracts and company records. • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, customers and external service providers. • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant government regulations. • Work closely with management on business development and operational improvements. • Resolve operational, staffing and customer-related issues. • Prepare management reports and provide recommendations to senior management. • Support recruitment, staff training and performance evaluation. • Represent management when dealing with external parties and business partners.
