Teaching Manager / Academic Manager Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the teaching team, including recruitment support, scheduling, performance monitoring, and day-to-day supervision of teachers. • Ensure consistent delivery of all academic programmes in accordance with the organisation’s curriculum standards, including regular classes and robotics competition training programmes. • Oversee the planning, execution, and quality control of robotics competition programmes, including but not limited to WRO, FLL, NRC, Enjoy AI, and RoboMaster. • Conduct regular classroom observations, teaching audits, and performance reviews to maintain high teaching standards and learning outcomes. • Plan and implement teacher onboarding, training, and continuous professional development to enhance teaching quality and instructional effectiveness. • Monitor student learning progress and competition readiness, and support the resolution of teaching-related feedback or concerns from parents and students. • Collaborate with the Centre Manager and Head Office on academic planning
